Why?
Through the challenges
I have undertaken over recent years I have been fortunate to meet some
inspirational characters, either undertaking the events I was attempting
or working tirelessly for the charities I was raising funds for. The
charity I am representing this year is no different .I was made aware of
their work earlier this year and could not help feeling the spirit in
which they are trying to achieve their goals should be supported.
They are a small
charity for children with disabilities with the purpose to enable
children to challenge their
impairments through Play in a stimulating and safe environment. They
currently have a project call the Big Play which is the £3million
transformation of a derelict building in Farnham(Surrey,England) into a
facility for children with disabilities to discover new challenges and
do something I take for granted – to Play!
They
require £50,000 to finish the project and get equipment and I urge you
to give generously to this great cause so together we can help them
achieve this target. Remember all the money goes to the charity. Please
visit their website for more information about their work www.disability-challengers.org
