The great thing about cycling is the infectious nature with which others have been willing to join in. I have never had a problem getting others to join me on my cycling challenges.

2004 – London to Brighton and back – 112 mile bike ride
2005 – UK Ironman– included 112 mile Bike Ride
2009 - London to Brighton – 56 miles Bike Ride
2010 – John O’Groats to Landsend – 900 mile Bike Ride
2011 – Arch to Arc 24 (London to Paris) – 200 mile Bike Ride in 24 hours
2012 –Width of the UK (Pembroke to Great Yarmouth) – 400 mile Bike Ride in 2 days
2013 –Length of Ireland (Malin to Mizen) – 430 mile Bike Ride in 3 days
2014 –Length of France (Montpellier to Dieppe) – 550 mile Bike Ride in 5 days
2015 –Width of Belgium (Arlon to Ostend) – 260 mile Bike Ride in 2 days
